No pants? Some completely retarded, jilted local judge in Washington, DC is suing his neighborhood dry cleaner for $65 million dollars, claiming fraud. (Via E.) If you couldn’t tell from the first sentence, I’m incredibly biased. Outrageously stupid lawsuits like this cripple small businesses owned by perfectly legal immigrants that are trying to live day-to-day in this country. Hello, blatant abuse of The System.

Yeah, they need to throw the book at that guy, I mean he’s a judege for God Sakes. They need to disbar him and make him pay the store owner’s legal fees, WORD!

Not sure if you checked, but I had to. Looks like the cleaners won the case though the judge is being reconsidered for appointment.
